Gir Bilona Ghee
- Know more about Gir Cow -
The Gir or Gyr is one of the principal Zebu breeds originating in India. It has been used locally in the improvement of other breeds including the Red Sindhi and the Sahiwal. It was also one of the breeds used in the development of the Brahman breed in North America. In Brazil and other South American countries the Gir is used frequently because, as a Bos indicus breed, it is resistant to hot temperatures and tropical diseases. It is well known for its milk producing qualities and is often bred with Friesian cows to make the Girolando breed.
The Gir is distinctive in appearance, typically having a rounded and domed forehead (being the only ultraconvex breed in the world), long pendulous ears and horns which spiral out and back. Gir are generally mottled with the color ranging from red through yellow to white, black being the only unacceptable color. They originated in west India in the state of Gujarat and have since spread to neighboring Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
- Process :
A2 Gir Bilona Ghee is made from milk of Indian breed cows. Milk is converted into curd and then into butter by churning the curd using wooden made ravaiya in an earthen pot. This is further heated to produce A2 Gir Bilona Ghee.

Wild Forest Honey
- Origin of the product -
Raw honey is the purest form of honey that has been heavily filtered to remove pollen. It goes through a coarse filter to remove wax cappings and other impurities. As neither of these terms are regulated or official, they remain subjective and open to interpretation.
Natural honey is much better for health as compared to farmed honey as it contains all essential pollen.
- Wild honey is collected from the forests. It is called organic honey because it is free of pollutants, synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, agricultural, and industrial activities. It's ‘more organic' than honey obtained by beekeepers from agricultural areas.
- Forest honey looks, tastes different as bees collect nectar from a wide variety of wild flowers. Though it changes from one region to another.
Our honey is collected from the forests of Uttarakhand and Himachal.
No bees are harmed and proper rules are followed to ensure that neither humans nor wildlife are endangered. Our motto is sustainable extraction..
- How to Use?
Most Pure Raw Honey tends to crystallize and can be liquefied by placing the jar in warm water.
Available in 500ml bottles.
